This allows you to visualize and try on your piece before finalizing it, ensuring your satisfaction. We believe in transparent pricing, ensuring you have a clear understanding of costs. Using our state-of-the-art technology, we calculate pricing instantly, right before your eyes, avoiding surprises. With us, you'll feel confident and informed throughout. We charge a setting and appraisal fee for heirloom stones, waived if we provide the stones. We also offer the option to trade in old jewelry to offset costs.

We aim to offer you an exceptional experience throughout. During your appointment, our designer can create a 3D computer rendering of your design and provide a price calculation. Upon your approval, we'll request full payment upfront. For more intricate designs, additional time may be needed, typically taking a week to complete the rendering. Once ready, we'll conveniently text or email the design for your review. Most designs accurately reflect our vision and can be approved via text or email, with two complimentary revisions included. If needed, we can arrange a second appointment for a review. Upon design approval, the final balance is due to complete the order. All our designs are proudly produced in the USA, with the completed piece ready for delivery in 4-6 weeks. While it might seem simple to melt down old jewelry and reuse the metal, the process is far more complex. Old gold must go through a refining process to remove impurities and extract the pure gold, which is then alloyed to create new gold. Over our nearly 100 years in business, we’ve learned that directly reusing old metals can compromise the quality and durability of a new piece. For example, exposure to household chemicals like bleach and ammonia, or even chlorine from swimming, can weaken the alloys in gold, making it brittle over time. This is why we only use fresh, high-quality gold in our custom designs, ensuring we can stand behind the longevity and craftsmanship of every piece we create.

However, we do offer the option to trade in your old jewelry for its metal value, which can help offset the cost of your new design. This allows you to still incorporate the sentimental value of your pieces into your custom design experience.
