Yes, we use your email address to identify you and make sure that your Rewards earnings and redemptions are properly applied. We use your email address to periodically send your Rewards balance and let you know about special double rewards events. To participate in the Rewards program, you must agree to receive occasional emails, including important updates about program terms and conditions. If you unsubscribe from our email updates, your rewards will be terminated and all rewards points earned will be forfeited.

No, once you are enrolled as a member, reward dollars will automatically accumulate on your account each visit.

Your contact information and birth date helps us verify your account. Your personal information will never be shared or sold.

Qualifying purchases include regularly priced jewelry, watches, and cleaning & care products.

Rewards are not earned on gift cards, care plans, sale merchandise, shipping charges, repairs, appraisals, or other services.

On your next purchase. Rewards cannot be earned and redeemed in the same transaction. You can use them the same day- must be on a separate item/transaction.

A couple with a joint JFJ account can share a Rewards account. Both can earn and redeem Rewards.

Rewards cannot be transferred to another customer’s account and can only be redeemed by the person(s) listed on the JFJ account

No, rewards do not expire!

If an item is returned that rewards were redeemed on, the reward dollars that were previously used will be automatically returned to the Reward Member’s Account. If reward dollars were redeemed on a new item, and the initial qualifying item which earned the rewards is returned, the reward dollars will be deducted from the return amount and will not be returned to the Reward Member’s Account. These returns may require an additional 3-5 business days for processing.

Active-duty military, veterans, police officers, firefighters and EMS are eligible for Hero Rewards. Valid identification may be required.

Hero Rewards members earn 10% back in JFJ Rewards on qualifying purchases—double our standard 5% reward. Hero Rewards are subject to the same qualifying purchase requirements and program terms as standard JFJ Rewards.
