While your ring is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year, we also offer an optional Lifetime Care Plan to extend that protection. This one-time purchase covers manufacturing defects, damage-related repairs (such as stone replacement or cracks), and routine maintenance like prong re-tipping, rhodium plating, and resizing.
However, it’s important to understand that this plan doesn’t cover loss or theft. For that added layer of security, we highly recommend jewelry insurance, especially during the first year as your partner gets used to wearing the ring. Jewelry insurance is a yearly policy that protects against loss, theft, mysterious disappearance, and international travel. Their plans are affordable, more comprehensive than homeowners’ insurance, and won’t affect your other policy rates.
